The
Report Dialog
window opens.
Select the desired report, and select
Save to Chart
.
The report is added to the patient chart.

, do one of the following:
Send as an attachment in communication messages.
Send from
File
menu.
Send from History toolbar.
Send from PAQ module.

Send Documents and Images as Attachments
Before you begin You must add the required documents and images to a patient's chart. The documents and images that are added to the patient's encounter include items, such as: Emails Growth charts Local files Patient Education Materials You can also send NextGen® Document Management images, and SAP Crystal Reports as attachments in communication messages. For more information on NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest the Layout and Preferences Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR.CAUTION: If the size exceeds the limit, a message lists the documents that exceeding 15 MB. These documents are not sent to the NextGen® PxP Portal. In System Administrator, you can set the size limit for documents that are sent to NextGen® PxP Portal. Send Documents and Images from the PAQ to the Portal
Before you begin You must do the following: Add documents and images to a patient's chart. Set up custom rules for PAQ. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest Workflow Module Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR. You can send documents, SAP Crystal Reports, NextGen® Enterprise EHR images, and NextGen® Document Management images to NextGen® PxP Portal from the PAQ module in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. You can send the documents using Sign-off or Sign-off with Actions. CAUTION: If the size exceeds the limit, a message lists the documents that exceeding 15 MB. These documents are not sent to the NextGen® PxP Portal. In System Administrator, you can set the size limit for documents that are sent to NextGen® PxP Portal. Work with Generated SAP Crystal Reports
After SAP Crystal Reports are generated, you can update the settings and work with them using the Report Dialog or by accessing certain reports from within other NextGen® Enterprise EHR modules. You can also access generated SAP Crystal Reports that are attached to a patient's chart using the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Encounter History or Categories tab. For example, you can do the following: View provider sign off details. View the properties of an SAP Crystal Reports within an encounter. Export an SAP Crystal Reports to NextGen® PxP Portal (for clients enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal). View the history details of SAP Crystal Reports sent to NextGen® PxP Portal. Crystal Reports for NextGen® PxP Portal
SAP® Crystal Reports® is a reporting tool that helps you design and generate custom reports from variety of data sources to meet specific reporting needs. You need to use the latest version of SAP Crystal Reports. A set of all standard Crystal Reports is included in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, versions 5.6 and later. The files reside in the Distributed Reports folder on your server and must be copied to your designated folders in your NextGenRoot folder when upgrading to version 5.6 or later. CAUTION: If you use the Microsoft SQL Server® 2012 database with the SQL Server Native Client 11.0 driver to connect to the database, the SAP Crystal Reports functionality may not work properly. It is a known issue with SAP Crystal Reports. To ensure that you can run your SAP Crystal Reports, use the SQL Server Native Client 10.0 driver to connect to the SQL Server 2012 database.
