When you sign off and send a radiology result to
NextGen® PxP Portal, only the interpretation text with the formatted result is sent to the portal. Images are not included. A patient who wants to view the images associated with their radiology result cannot do so in the PHR because the images are treated as part of a document along with comments, if any exist. Patients must access the images from the
