Advanced Audit for Webforms and ReviewQ

In Audit Report Tool, webforms are audited under the following categories. WebForms Online Forms The WebForms category audits the approval process of webforms and the data that is approved or rejected from ReviewQ. The audit action is captured as Approved if data from atleast one field submitted by the patient is approved from ReviewQ. The audit message records the Demographics, Insurance or Health Data section from which the data is accepted. If no data is accepted from ReviewQ, the audit action is captured as Rejected. Note: You can view the audit events for online forms and webforms prior to the upgrade to NextGen® Enterprise 8. Feature Action/Events Patient - WebForm Approved Edited Rejected Submitted The Online Forms category audits webforms along with the online forms for the following events. Advanced audit saves the following events: Printed Viewed Saved (Healthwise Patient Education only) To comply with the Stage 2 Meaningful Use requirements, advanced audit is available for the events related to external resources from the various modules of NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Advanced audit saves the following information for external resources: User Standard date and time Enterprise Practice Station Patient Originating module Full URL Note: Because the URLs for external resources open outside of the NextGen® Enterprise EHR application, audit information cannot be obtained from the URL. The Audit Report Tool provides a list of event types that can be used as a filter to view the audit log items. When a report is written to review the use of the educational resources, the event type identifies whether the InfoButton standard was used.
