Advanced Audit for Webforms and ReviewQ

In Audit Report Tool, webforms are audited under the following categories. WebForms Online Forms The WebForms category audits the approval process of webforms and the data that is approved or rejected from ReviewQ. The audit action is captured as Approved if data from atleast one field submitted by the patient is approved from ReviewQ. The audit message records the Demographics, Insurance or Health Data section from which the data is accepted. If no data is accepted from ReviewQ, the audit action is captured as Rejected. Note: You can view the audit events for online forms and webforms prior to the upgrade to NextGen® Enterprise 8. NextGen® PxP Portal within NextGen® Enterprise EHR: is a secure, web-based application that enables patients and providers to work together on: Patient Enrollment: send an enrollment email to patients who can select the invitation link in the email and complete the enrollment Secure Messaging: send secure messages to patients, reply to messages sent by patients, or save the communications in the patient’s chart Appointment Scheduling: view appointment requests in the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Workflow module to accept the request or provide an alternate appointment schedule; if your practice has enabled the Real-time schedule, patients can select an available time slot and book the appointment themselves Prescription Refills: patients can request prescription renewals and review the status of their requests; you can either accept or reject the request and include a comment with the response Patient Chart Updates: send data from the patient’s chart to patients’ NextGen® PxP Portal account
