Manage Task Assignments

You can use the Task Options panel to assign tasks for specific users or user groups from the tasking grid. These tasks are sent automatically to the selected users’ inboxes. The Tasks panel also enables you to assign a category to the task and to remove a category from a task. Add a Workgroup Category

If the desired workgroup category is not listed, you can add a category. You can do this either by typing a category or selecting one from a picklist. On the Tasking Configuration practice template, expand the Tasking Workgroup Setup panel. Click the Location Workgroup Category field. If you click once, you can type in the field. You can also double-click the field, and select the desired category from the window that opens. An Add button appears when there is an entry in the field. Provider Workgroup Category

You can use the Provider Workgroup Category grid to configure File Maintenance workgroups based on providers for a given category. This is helpful when a category such as billing has different workgroup names or titles for different providers. Tasking Configuration

You can setup and maintain all the tasking (both manual and automatic) on the Tasking Configuration practice template. The top grid of the template displays all the built tasks and all the data associated with them. This grid shows both manual tasks and tasks that are sent automatically based on triggers set in specific template fields. The Location Workgroup Category Grid
