Disable Dictation Feature for a Provider

You can disable the dictation features for those members of your practice who do not use the functionality. On the Practice Configuration practice template, expand the Dictation panel. Disable Dictation Feature for a Practice

On the Practice Configuration practice template, expand the Dictation panel. To remove dictation option from the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates for all members of a practice, select the Disable dictation for this practice check box. Manage Dictation Feature

Use the Dictation panel to remove dictation features on the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates for providers who do not use them. You can do this for the whole practice or for only specific providers. Disabling the functionality removes the dictation icons from the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates, as well as the Dictate button on the Finalize Visit template. Delete a Provider Default

Remove an Interface Details

You can delete interface details in the Interface section. On the Practice Configuration template, scroll to the Interface section. In the Interface grid, select the row to be deleted. Right-click and select Delete. The selected row deletes from the grid. Parent topic: Interfaces
