Rename the Office Note
On the
Document Config
system template, expand the
Document Renaming
panel.
In the
Provider
field, select the provider whose office note you want to rename.
In the field below the
Document
column in the grid, select the document you want to rename.
You can only configure the name of the office note (
IORTS_office_notev2
) document.
The document details appear the corresponding fields below the grid.
Type the desired prefix, replacement name, and suffix in the corresponding fields below the grid.
In the field below
Location
column of the grid, select the location for which you want to rename to office note.
Select
All
for renaming the office note of all the documents.
Click
Add
.
The document’s new name is saved to the grid.

Update the Document Details

Restore the defaults for Renamed Document

Renaming Documents
You can rename the Office Note based on rendering provider and location from the Document Renaming panel of the Document Config system template. The name of provider for the current encounter appears in the Provider field. Document Configuration
You can configure the documents that generates after the patient encounters from the Document Config system template. You can also rename the office note according to provider's preference. Notes
Use the Notes field to document anything regarding the treatment of the patient and notes to other therapists who might see the patient. Enter the note in the field below the grid, and then select Add. Notes appear on the office note document and are stored in the Notes grid for future reference. You can edit a note by highlighting it in the grid, selecting the Edit button, and then editing the text of the note in the window that opens. The system saves a historical edit/view of each note, that you can see when you select Show Deleted. Update Documents in Folders
You can select commands from a right-click menu in the Document List section of the Organize document folders window to: Unlock a document. Refresh one or more documents. Rename a document. Link one or more documents to a folder. Remove one or more document links to a folder. Delete one or more documents from the database. Note: You cannot delete the Document Folders, Template Sets or All Documents folders or remove document links to the latter two. To quickly find a document in the Document List section, select the list of documents, and start typing the document name. The first document that begins with those characters is highlighted. If necessary, scroll down to find the document you want. To unlock a document, do one of the following: In the Document List section, right-click the document, and select Unlock.
