The NextGen Portal Registration section of the Intake template enables you to see if the patient is activated in the portal, and the email address associated with the portal.
Select one of the following options for portal registration:
Enrolled
Declined
Note: The Activated option is automatically selected if the patient is active in the portal. The email address automatically pulls from the NextGen® Enterprise PM application.
If you are enrolling the patient while they are present in the room, select the In Room check box.
Click the Email field and enter or update the patient’s email address.
