Record an Intake Created in Error

You can indicate if the intake record was created in error and erase all data that was recorded for this visit.

  1. On the Intake template, select the Created in error check box.
    Created in error check box on the Intake template

    A prompt for confirmation opens.
  2. Click Yes.
    The name of the logged-in user enters the Created in error field with the date and timestamp.
