Move Payers Out of the Surgery Location Exclusion List

If a payer does not exclude surgery at a location and the financial class from which payer belongs to excludes surgery at that location, you can remove the payer from the exclusion list.

1. On the IORTS Cfg Surgery Schedule system template, expand the Location panel.
2. Under Payer/Location Exclusions section, from the Location grid, select the desired location.
   

   All the financial classes which excludes the selected location appear in the Financial Classes grid.
3. Select the desired Financial Class.
   All the payers in the selected financial class appear in the Payers excluding selected surgery location grid.
4. In the Payers excluding selected surgery location grid, select the desired payer.
5. Use the right-pointing arrow to move the payer to the Payers not excluding selected surgery location grid.
