The Test Results template in the patient contact workflow tracks the radiology results, lab orders, and orders from the providers who are relayed to the practice. This template is also used to add and track the actions taken and additional messages. This template has the following panels.
- Tests. You can select the types of tests and enter the results.
- Orders. You can select any orders placed or reviewed for the patient. You can also verify orders that need to be placed or appointments that need to be scheduled.
- Actions. You can document items completed for the patient contact templates.
- Messages. You can enter any additional messages.
