History Panel
The History panel displays the patient’s Chief Complaint, Medications, Allergies, Sports, Hobbies, and Employer. The Sports, Hobbies, and Employer grids display information entered from the IORTShpi FX template. The History panel appears on all the fracture care templates. Add Additional History
To add additional history, enter it in the Additional History field. Additional History field on the Billable Visit template You can type in the field, click the down arrow to use My Phrases, or click the check mark to use dictation software to enter information in below the grid. Document the Cast and Wound Care History
You can document the surgical history of a patient and any issues with the cast, brace, splint, or wound. On the Cast/Wound Care template, expand the History panel. History panel on the Cast/Wound Care template In the History section, select the applicable issues with the cast, brace, splint, or wound. Make the desired changes in the Surgical History section. Note: This section is automatically filled with the data documented on the Intake template. You can add, edit, and remove the data as needed. Enter any additional details in the Notes field. Access the Fracture Care Template
Access the Home Page - ORT template. Select Office Visit as the Visit Type. Click the SOAP tab. Click to open the navigation bar and then, click Procedures. Select Diagnoses for Today’s Visit
You can add up to three diagnoses in the Fracture Care 1 to Fracture Care 3 fields for today’s visit. Select a diagnosis from the Past Diagnosis grid. It immediately fills the next open Fx Care field option until all three are filled.
