Update a User Preference for ROM Number Pad Launch

On the Practice Configuration practice template, expand the ROM Number Entry panel. From the User Preference ROM Number Pad Configuration grid, select the user preference to be updated. The corresponding values to the selected user preference appear in the relevant fields below the grid. To edit the user preference, make required updates in the fields below grid, and then click Add - Update. To delete the user preference, click Delete. Parent topic: ROM Number Entry

ROM Number Entry

You can configure the number pad functionality for the ROM fields and templates from the ROM Number Entry panel of the Practice Configuration practice template. You can choose whether a number pad opens upon a single click in a field, or requires two clicks, and you can set whether the preference applies to an entire practice or only to certain users in the practice. Configuring Practice Settings

You can configure global settings and other preferences for your practice. You can use the Practice Configuration template to configure settings for your practice. The Practice Configuration template is specific to NextGen® Orthopedic Suite. Practice Configuration template The following table describes the panels on the Practice Configuration template. Access the Practice Configuration Template

Click the File menu and select System \ Practice Template. On the Select Template window, click the Practice tab. In the Show section, click All to see a complete list of practice templates. Open the Practice Configuration Template

Open the NTS Practice Config practice template from the Specialty Config Home system template so you can configure settings and preferences for your practice. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Show section, select All. On the System tab, select Specialty Config Home, and then select OK.
