You can enter confidential history for social history problems (Alcohol or Drug use abuse, Psychiatric, Abuse or Incarceration, sexual practices or STI’s) for a patient.
Click the Confidential History link below the Social History grid.
The Confidential- Alcohol/Drug template opens.
Enter patient-specific data in the applicable fields.
Use the side navigation to navigate to templates for other confidential history.
To include confidential histories with patient consent on the documents, select the Include all confidential information in the social history document with patient permission check box.
Click OK to return to the Intake template.
