Add a New Sub Navigation Link to a Template

You can add sub navigation links on the medical record templates of the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite.

1. On the Specialty Nav Config system template, expand the Sub Bar Navigation panel.
2. In the field below the Template Name column of the grid, select the template for which you want to configure sub navigation links.
3. Click the Link field.
   A picklist of templates and databases opens.
4. Select the template or database picklist to add as a sub navigation link and click OK.
5. In the Display field, enter a display name for the link.
6. Click Add/Update.
