Double-Star Settings

Use this panel to set which QuickPicks are viewable in the INF Td Set Filter picklist that opens when you click the double-star icon (Double star icon) on the QuickPick tool bar, and to select which security groups can manage QuickPick System Sets. Using the options, you can choose to display system sets, QuickPicks saved by other providers in the practice, or both. Create and Save a QuickPick

Open the Shoulder Exam template. Enter information in the template to be saved as your QuickPick. Shoulder Exam template Click the floppy disk icon in the upper right toolbar. Floppy disk icon The Create Custom Quickpick template opens. Create Custom Quickpick window Enter a name for the set in the Name field that describes what the QuickPick is intended to be used for. Click Add. When the QuickPick name is in the top grid, any user can access and use it for future patients and encounters under the star icon. Managing QuickPicks for Providers and System Sets

You can manage QuickPicks that are available for providers and system sets. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, in the QuickPicks panel, you can manage QuickPicks that are already saved for providers and system sets. You can filter the values in the QuickPicks grid by category, set name, or provider by selecting the desired values in their corresponding fields. Selecting a QuickPick entry in the grid shows the table, field name, and default values for that QuickPick in the table grid. QuickPicks You can do the following in the QuickPicks panel. Access System Sets or Other Providers’ QuickPicks

Configuring QuickPicks Settings

You can configure preferences for QuickPicks that open when you click the double-star icon. You can use the Double-Star Settings panel of the Specialty QuickPick Manager template to configure QuickPicks listed on the window that opens on clicking the double-star icon on the QuickPick toolbar.
