Track QuickPicks

Track QuickPicks Track QuickPicks You can view and track the details of QuickPicks that are used on various templates. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, in the QuickPicks Tracking panel, you can view and track the usage of QuickPicks. You can filter the grid to show all QuickPicks for a selected provider, show only a specific QuickPick usage, or show all QuickPicks for an encounter number. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, expand the QuickPicks Tracking panel. To filter the QuickPicks based on the provider's name and set, do the following: Select the Provider option. A window opens for selecting the provider, and the Set field appears. Select a provider name, and select OK. Note: To view QuickPicks for all providers, you can select the asterisk (*). The selected provider name is filled in the Provider field, and a window opens for selecting the set name. Select a set name, and select OK. Manage QuickPicks for Providers and System Sets

You can update or delete QuickPicks that are saved for a provider or system set. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, expand the QuickPicks panel. Filter the values in the QuickPicks grid as needed. To update set name and comments for a QuickPick, do the following: Select a QuickPick to be updated in the QuickPicks grid. Update the set name or comments as needed. Select Update. The selected QuickPick is updated in the QuickPicks grid. To delete a QuickPick, do the following: Select a QuickPick to be deleted from the QuickPicks grid. Select Delete. A message appears to confirm removal of the QuickPick. Select Yes. Managing QuickPicks for Providers and System Sets

You can manage QuickPicks that are available for providers and system sets. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, in the QuickPicks panel, you can manage QuickPicks that are already saved for providers and system sets. You can filter the values in the QuickPicks grid by category, set name, or provider by selecting the desired values in their corresponding fields. Selecting a QuickPick entry in the grid shows the table, field name, and default values for that QuickPick in the table grid. QuickPicks You can do the following in the QuickPicks panel. Copy QuickPicks

You can copy a QuickPick within a provider's QuickPicks and copy one or more QuickPicks of one provider to another provider. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, expand the QuickPicks panel. To copy a QuickPick within a provider's QuickPicks, do the following: Filter the values in the QuickPicks grid as needed. Select a QuickPick to be copied in the QuickPicks grid. In the Copy Set field, enter a new QuickPick name. Select Copy. The selected QuickPick is copied within the same provider's QuickPicks and appears in the grid with the new set name. To copy a QuickPick to another provider, do the following: Filter the values in the QuickPicks grid as needed. Select a QuickPick to be copied in the QuickPicks grid. Select the Copy Set to Provider field. A window opens for selecting the name of the provider where you want to copy the QuickPick. Select the name of the provider, and select OK. Select Copy. Manage Fields in a QuickPick

You can update or delete fields that are saved as a part of a QuickPick. Although you can manage fields of a QuickPick on the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, it is recommended to manage fields of a QuickPick on the corresponding medical record templates. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, expand the QuickPicks panel. Filter the values in the QuickPicks grid as needed. Select a QuickPick to be updated in the QuickPicks grid. The fields that are saved as a part of the selected QuickPick appear in the table grid. To update a field in the selected QuickPick, do the following: Select the entry to be updated from the table grid. Update the value as needed. Select Update. The value for the selected field is updated. To remove a field from the selected QuickPick, select the entry to be deleted from the table grid, and select Delete. The selected field is removed from the table grid and it will not be automatically filled when you use the QuickPick on the applicable medical reco

Filter the QuickPick Grid

You can filter the values in the QuickPick grid by category, set name, and provider. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, expand the QuickPicks panel. To filter the values by provider name or system sets, select a value in the Providers with QuickPicks grid. Note: By default, the values are displayed for all providers and system sets. The QuickPicks grid is filtered based on the selected value. To filter the values by category or set name, select the corresponding field, select the desired value, and then select OK.
