You can decide how many days users have to edit the data fields on the VA and the IOP templates with the
Make VA Extended and IOP Extended read only setting. This setting limits users to the configured number of days for editing of the
VA and
IOP fields. After the configured number of days has passed, the
VA and
IOP fields become read-only.
Note: Users can only edit Visual Acuity or Intraocular Pressure measurement(s) measurements that they entered. You cannot edit measurements entered by another user.
If you do not enter a value in the Make VA Extended and IOP Extended read only field, the fields remain editable for an unlimited number of days.
Note: The time limit can be changed at any time. If after setting a time limit, to return to unlimited, select zero days to reset the limit to unlimited.
