Review and Update the Custom DB Picklist Used by Ophthalmology Diagnostic Tests
- On the Custom DB Picklists system template, in the Step 1 section at the top of the template, locate and select the DB picklist oph_dx_setup_category in the grid.
 - In the Step 2 section, select the option Show selected DBPicklist (above) found above the grid. 
   The Step 2 section grid displays items found in the DB picklist selected in the Step 1 section grid at the top of the template. Each item in the DB picklist displays on a row in the grid.
 - In the Step 2 grid, highlight the row in the grid that displays the item to be reviewed. 
   The edit fields below the grid in the Step 2 section display details for the row.
 - Review all items found in the DB picklist.
 - To make any changes to an existing DB picklist item:
   
- Use the edit fields below the grid. A list of required fields can be found below. Fields include:
     
- Practice ID
 - Location name
 - Provider name
 - Qualifier 1
 - Qualifier 2
 - List Item
 
 - Click the Update button. 
     
 
 - Use the edit fields below the grid. A list of required fields can be found below. Fields include:
     
 - To add new items to the DB picklist:
   
- Click the Add New List Item link found above the Step 2 grid.
 - Select the DB picklist name from the list of custom DB picklists currently in the system that opens.
 - Use the edit fields below the grid to create the new item.
 - Click Add to add the new item to the DB picklist.
 
 - Click Save and Close when you have completed adding or updating items in the oph_dx_setup_category DB picklist. 
   
 
Note: When a DB picklist is selected in the grid at the top of the template, the value A in the Edit column indicates that you can only add new items to the custom DB picklist. Only new DB picklists with a value of E (edit) or F (full control) in the Edit column can be modified or deleted.
