Copy Available Picklist Items to a New Picklist

Providers designated as General Ophthalmologist in the Provider Specialty grid can customize commonly used picklists. You can use an existing provider picklist and make changes to create a custom physical exam picklist. Fields with an asterisk are required fields.

In the Source section of the Picklist Configuration – OPH template, you can select an existing provider picklist to view available picklist items or to use as a starting point for a new customized picklist for a physical exam element by copying picklists or individual picklist values from Source to Destination.
