Access the Testing - OPH Template
To open the Testing – OPH template, do one of the following:
- From the left navigation pane, click the Testing link.
- From the Procedures - OPH template, click the Testing link.
- From the Prelim Exam - OPH template, click the Testing link or the link found in the Additional Navigation section.
- From the Provider - OPH template, click the Testing link or the link found in the Additional Navigation section.
The Testing – OPH template opens.
