View, Create, and Edit Dictator Access Groups

You can use Dictator Access Groups to limit the provider data visibility for all users. Users of a dictator access group can only view the dictators assigned to that group. Note: Users not assigned to any dictator access group can view data for all dictators in their clinic. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Dictator Access Groups. Dictator Access Groups opens displaying the list of available dictator access groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group. Search for and select a group name. Edit Dictator Access Group opens. To create a dictator group, select Create New Group, and then do the following: In Group Name, enter a name, and then select Next. Select the add all Add all icon, or select the necessary users and then select the Add icon icon to add the users. Create Permission Groups

If multiple users want to use the same product with a group of permissions, you can create the permission group with the specific products, assign the necessary permissions, and add the group of users. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinic, and then select Permission Groups. Permission Groups opens. Permission Groups view Select Create New Permission Group. Create New Permission Group Wizard- Set Permission Group Name opens. In Group Name, enter a name, and then select Next. Create New Permission Group Wizard - Assign Mobile Products opens. List of Mobile products Search for and select the necessary NextGen® Mobile products, and then select Next. Create New Permission Group Wizard - Assign Permissions opens. Do one of the following: To give all permissions for the product, select Select All next to the corresponding product, and then select Next. Add, Edit, and Delete Macros for Content Groups

In NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, you can create macros for a content group to be used for a specific group of providers. Note: The content group macros that you create are available in both NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal and NextGen® Mobile CLINIC MACROS. For more information on clinic macros, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest NextGen®Mobile Solutions iOS User Guide. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups. Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group.
