If multiple users want to use the same product with a group of permissions, you can create the permission group with the specific products, assign the necessary permissions, and add the group of users.
Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
Select Manage Clinic, and then select Permission Groups.
Permission Groups opens.
Select Create New Permission Group.
Create New Permission Group Wizard- Set Permission Group Name opens.
In Group Name, enter a name, and then select Next.
Create New Permission Group Wizard - Assign Mobile Products opens.
Search for and select the necessary NextGen® Mobile products, and then select Next.
Create New Permission Group Wizard - Assign Permissions opens.
Do one of the following:
To give all permissions for the product, select Select All next to the corresponding product, and then select Next.
To give the specific features permission, expand the corresponding product section, select the necessary features, and then select Next.
Create New Permission Group Wizard - Assign Users opens.
Select the add all icon, or select the necessary users and select the icon to add the users, and then select Create Group.
You can use the icon or the icon to remove the assigned users from the group.
The permission group is created.
Edit Permission Groups You can update the permissions set up for a clinic in the Permissions Groups tab of Mange Clinic.
