Record Dictation without Tags When the Text Box is Hidden
Open NextGen® Mobile.
Open a dictation job.
Select Record Dictation.
The Stop button appears with a timer for recording your dictation.
Begin speaking.
The audio waves track your dictation, and the timer on each side displays the duration.
If recorded audio exists, the new dictation is added to the end of the recording.
To stop or pause your recording, select Stop.
Stop switches back to Record.
When the dictation text appears in the text box, Send is turned on.
To resume recording, select Record.
Your new dictation is added to the end of the existing dictation.
To transmit your job, select Send.
The job appears in the Completed Jobs list. The dictation completion icon appears on the Scheduleview.
Note: To add observations about the dictation in the NextGen Speech-to-Text Surveywindow, select Take Survey > NextGen Dictation , enter your feedback, and then select Finish and Submit.
