Record Dictation without Tags When the Text Box is Hidden

Open NextGen® Mobile. Open a dictation job. Select Record Dictation. Record dictation without tags The Stop button appears with a timer for recording your dictation. Begin speaking.The audio waves track your dictation, and the timer on each side displays the duration. If recorded audio exists, the new dictation is added to the end of the recording. Recording view without text box open To stop or pause your recording, select Stop. Stop switches back to Record. When the dictation text appears in the text box, Send is turned on. To resume recording, select Record. Your new dictation is added to the end of the existing dictation. To transmit your job, select Send.The job appears in the Completed Jobs list. The dictation completion icon appears on the Scheduleview. Note: To add observations about the dictation in the NextGen Speech-to-Text Surveywindow, select Take Survey > NextGen Dictation , enter your feedback, and then select Finish and Submit. For a variety of reasons, you may choose to dictate with the text box hidden. If you have the appropriate permission, you can use the Hide Streaming Text option in the Settings view to turn on or turn off the text box. Google™ Speech-to-text (STT) in integration with Gemini™ 1.5 Pro model automatically corrects the dictated notes for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors without disrupting the dictation streaming service. Note: The transcription system can only process and refine the content of more than fifty characters in length. Open NextGen® Mobile. Open a dictation job. Select the tag you want to dictate into.If the tag does not contain previously recorded audio, the recording begins immediately, and the STOP icon appears. If the tag contains previously recorded audio, the REC icon appears, and you have to select the tag again to record.
