Update a Provider’s Panel Defaults
You can update the panel defaults set for a provider.
Select the provider in the grid.
The providers name and current panel defaults fill the fields below the grid.
Select any of the panel fields that you want to change.
The
MLTSprocTypeGrid picklist
opens.
Select the procedure type from the picklist and select
OK
.
The panel field updates.
Repeat steps 2-3 for all panels that you want to change.
Select
Add-Update
to save the new defaults to the grid.

Add a Provider Panel Default
Select the field below the Provider column of the grid. A picklist of providers opens. Select a provider and select OK. The MLTSprocTypeGrid picklist opens. Select the procedure type and select OK. The selected procedure enters the first Panel field. The picklist re-opens after each selection until all five panel fields are filled. Delete a Provider Default

Injections & Aspirations Provider Defaults
The Injections and Aspirations template has five panels, each of which can be set to document either injections or an aspiration. These panels all default to a procedure type of Injection unless configured otherwise for the provider. For providers who perform aspirations, you can use the Injections and Aspirations Provider Panel Defaults panel to configure provider-specific defaults for the Injections and Aspirations template panels. Update Provider Access Settings
On the Template Defaults Setup system template, select a row from the grid in the Currently Available Template Default Sets section. The existing provider access settings associated with the selected set appear in the grid in the Provider Access section. Select a row in the grid under the Provider Access section. The data in the selected row appear in the corresponding fields below the grid. Right-click and select Open. The Default Providers template opens. Make the necessary changes in the fields. Update Values in Admin Types Picklists
You can update an Admin Type description or CPT code. On the Medication Picklist system template, expand the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel. In the Template field, select MLTS_medAdmin_OPH. Select the procedure type Injection from the Procedures Types grid. The Admin Types grid displays administration types configured for that procedure. Select the administration type to update. The description and CPT code appear in the corresponding fields below the grid. Make the required updates, and select Update. Manage Provider Access
The Provider Access section displays the provider access information for the template default set selected in the grid under the Currently Available Template Default Sets section. The fields below the grid enable you to view or update the provider access settings. On the Template Default Setup system template, select a row from the grid in the Currently Available Template Default Sets section. The existing provider access settings associated with the selected set appear in the Provider Access grid. Click the Last Name field and select a provider last name from the list. The First Name and the Middle fields are automatically populated. To enable access for this provider only, click Add. To enable access to all providers for the current set, click Add ALL.
