Managing Exclusions and Inclusions

You can manage the Get Data functionality and the fields that are excluded from QuickPicks. You can use the Exclusions and Inclusions panel of the Specialty QuickPick Manager template to do the following: Set fields that are excluded from QuickPicks Manage the Get Data functionality Set fields that are included in the Get Data functionality Note: The details that are saved for QuickPicks are also used as a part of Quick Visits. A Quick Visit is a group of QuickPicks used to fill information with minimal clicks for subsequent patient visits that have the same chief complaint. Exclusions and Inclusions The Exclusions and Inclusions panel has the following sections: Fields to EXCLUDE from QuickPicks. You can manage the fields that need to be excluded from QuickPicks. By default, all patient-specific information such as diagnosis and timeframe are excluded from QuickPicks. Fields to INCLUDE in Get Data. Open the Specialty QuickPick Manager Template

You can open the Specialty QuickPick Manager template from the specialty configuration homepage. On the Specialty Config Home template, select QuickPick Manager from the left navigation bar. The Specialty QuickPick Manager template opens. Select the Product field, and select one of the following options from the list. IORTS. Managing QuickPicks

You can manage QuickPicks and their preferences for the rendering provider, system sets, and other providers. You can use the Specialty QuickPick Manager template to manage QuickPicks and their preferences. Specialty QuickPick Manager The Specialty QuickPick Manager template has the following panels: Double-Star Settings. You can configure QuickPicks that are viewable when you click the double-star icon and select which security groups can manage QuickPick system sets. QuickPicks. You can manage QuickPicks. QuickPick Manager

Use the QuickPick Manager template to manage provider, system set, and user specific QuickPicks. You can see available QuickPicks, select security groups that can save system sets, determine what items are not saved on QuickPicks, enable and manage Get Data functionality, and track QuickPick usage. You can open the Specialty Diagnosis Group Config template from the specialty configuration homepage. On the Specialty Config Home template, select Assessment from the left navigation bar. Managing QuickPicks

The Specialty QuickPick Manager template is an additional way to add or update or delete QuickPicks from the NextGen® Therapy Suite templates. Most therapists will build and manage their quickpicks from the NextGen® Therapy Suite templates and not from the configurations, however this is an additional option if your therapists have access to the system/practice level templates. Specialty QuickPick Manager template The template has the following panels: Double-Star Settings. You can configure QuickPicks that are viewable when you select the double-star icon.
