Configuring Administrative Override

You can configure security groups and users that have permission to override or remove documentation from the NextGen® Enterprise EHR.

You can configure the administrative override permission in the Administrative Override Configuration panel on the MICS Admin Configuration system template. Overriding documentation does not remove charges sent over to NextGen® Enterprise PM. Those must be removed manually.

You can also view the 100 most recent uses of the administrative override in the 100 Most Recent Admin Override Uses. You can generate a report of all administrative overrides using the Admin Override Report button.
