Patient Implantable Device Trigger Information
You must select the patient implantable device information on the Implantable Device window to create Patient Implantable Device trigger. Based on the what value you select for Action, the necessary fields remain enabled, and the rest of the fields get disabled.

| Stop Date | You can select the date when you remove the device from the body of patient. |
| GMDN Part Name | You can select the GMDN part name of the implantable device. |
| MRI Safety Label | You can select the MRI safety label of the implantable device. |
| Lot Batch | You can select the Lot Batch of the implantable device. |
| Serial Number | You can select the serial number of the implantable device. |
| Version Model # | You can select the version model number of the implantable device. |
| Provider | You can select the provider of the implantable device. |
| Universal Device ID | You can select the universal device ID of the implantable device. |
| Contains Latex | You can select the Contains Latex of the implantable device. |
