Before you begin To enter information on the Encounter Maintenance window, you must be assigned the Update Patient Encounter Operations Right for Encounters in the System Administrator application. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. View a Practice Summary in Advisor

You can view a summary of information and statistics for the practice using the Advisor window in NextGen® Enterprise PM. It includes several sections that provide quick, at-a-glance details about locations and providers within the practice. Field/Section Description Location Display information for all locations within the current practice. Select a specific location to display information for the selected location only. Note: By default, it displays All Locations. Provider Display information for all rendering providers within the current practice. Select a specific provider to display information for the selected provider only. Note: By default, it displays All Providers. Refresh Advisor Refresh icon button Refresh and update the information displayed in the Advisor window. The toolbar on the Charge Posting window includes icons that you can use to perform a variety of actions and functions when working with charges in NextGen® Enterprise PM.
