Data Grid - DMDisplays data entered from Demographics templates.All tables associated with available Demographics templates.
Data Grid - MRDisplays data entered from Medical Records templates. Use the Data Grid - MR to display data collected during a single encounter.All tables associated with available Medical Record templates.
EmployerDisplays a list of all employers for the selected patient.Person Employer table.

In template runtime, displays the patient ethnicity.

Family UnitDisplays data relevant to the Family Unit members related to the patient. You can display template fields from other Family Unit members on the current template at run time if the data is demographic or entered within the Family Unit effective date period.Family Unit table.
GenderDisplays the gender identity and gender identity order.

In template runtime, displays the patient gender.

Orders Summary SheetDisplays a summary of test results for the selected patient.All applicable test results tables.

ICD codes can be displayed on a data sheet. You can select options from the Tables list for Case Sheets, Encounter Sheets, and Summary Sheets to display saved templates, documents, reports, emails, and images for the patient's encounter. The Case Sheet displays all items related to the case from all encounters. The Encounter Sheet displays all items for the selected encounter. The Summary Sheet displays all items for all encounters.

At run time, you can double-click a displayed item in the data sheet to launch it. If a template (regular or non-Extended Popup) is launched, data can be entered and saved. The Patient Item trigger provides a way to launch an existing patient chart document or image by its ID without navigating the encounter tree. Patient chart items can be under any locked or open encounter on the patient's chart.
