Set up Toggle Sidebar Trigger

The Toggle Sidebar action allows users to show/hide a Sidebar template. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Toggle Sidebar action. The Toggle Sidebar window opens. Select the necessary state from the list: Toggle. Switches the Sidebar template to the opposite state: hides it if it is shown and shows it if it is hidden Hide. Hides the Sidebar template Show. Shows the Sidebar template To close the window, select OK. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Toggle Sidebar action to be triggered. Select OK and save your template. Set up Save & Close Template Trigger

The Save & Close Template action automatically saves and closes the template. CAUTION: If you set up a Launch Document trigger and the template contains data that needs to be displayed on the launched document, set up a Save Template or Save & Close Template trigger first on the same field. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Save & Close Template action. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Save & Close Template action to be triggered. Set up Hide Item Trigger

You can hide one or more selected fields on the template at run time using hide item trigger. Follow the steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Hide Item action. The Hide Template Field window opens. From Available Template Fields, select each field you want to hide, and then select Add. The selected fields appear in the Fields to Hide pane. You can select the multiple fields by selecting the Ctrl button. You can remove the selected fields by selecting the fields from the Fields to Hide pane and selecting the Remove button. From Filter, select the required filters. The Available Template Fields pane now displays the selected filter. Note: If you have selected multiple fields to set up this trigger, the fields are automatically selected. The field that triggers the action is not included. You can remove any of the selected fields and add others. Select Script It. The Script Clipboard window opens with the script of the label. To copy the script to clipboard, you can select Copy to C

Set up Show Item Trigger

The Show Item action displays the selected, previously hidden field(s) on the template at run time. Follow the steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Show Item action. The Show Template Field window opens. From the Available Template Fields pane, select each field you want to show, and then select Add. The selected fields appear in the Fields to Show pane. You can select the multiple fields by selecting the Ctrl button. Note: You can remove the selected fields by selecting the fields from Fields to Show pane and selecting the Remove button. From the Filter list, select the required filters. The Available Template Fields pane now only displays the selected filter. Set up Reports Trigger

The Reports action provides you with a set of reports template triggers. Using these triggers, you can display a specific report or a full list of available reports, or you can generate a specific report. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Reports action. The Reports Action window opens. From the Action list, select one of these actions. Display Report Select the Report Type and Report Name from the respective lists. Report List Generate Report From the Enterprise list, select Y or N or a template field. To save the information and close the window, select OK.
