Hide Grid Lines	All except Orders Summary Sheet or Data Flow Sheet	Select this checkbox to hide data sheet grid lines.
Hide Border	All except Orders Summary Sheet or Data Flow Sheet	Select this checkbox to hide data sheet borders.
Hide Column Headers	All except Orders Summary Sheet or Data Flow Sheet	Select this checkbox to hide data sheet column headers.
Copy Data Forward	Data Grid - MR	Select this checkbox to copy data forward from one encounter to another.
Disable Menu Items	Data Grid - CM, Data Grid - DM, Data Grid - MR, Practice, Summary Data Grid, SystemStored Procedure	Select the checkbox for the actions you want to turn off on the right-click menu at run time: Open. Open the record in the selected data row. Add New. Add a record to the data sheet. Delete. Delete the record in the selected data row. Select the Sort Special checkbox to turn off the Sort Special option in the template right-click menu at run time.
Show Encounter Date: Time	Case Sheet, Encounter Sheet, Summary Data Grid, Summary Sheet	Select this checkbox to view the encounter date and time as one of the columns.
Hidden	All	Select this checkbox to hide the data sheet when the template is opened. When you select Hidden, the Do Not Load Data on Open checkbox opens.
Do Not Load Data on Open	All	Select this checkbox to prevent loading data to the hidden data sheet when the template it is on is opened. If no selection is made, data loading is turned on.
Show Case Number and/or Show Case Description	Case Sheet	Select this checkbox to show the case number or description.
Disable Double Click	Data Grid - CM, Data Grid - DM, Data Grid - MR, Encounter Sheet, Practice, Summary, Data Grid, Summary Sheet, System	Select this checkbox to turn off the ability to double-click in a data grid to launch its Extended Popup template, which shows information from the selected row. This option can also be used to turn off the ability to double-click in an Encounter Sheet or Summary Sheet to launch a patient chart item. You must select this checkbox when you want to use the Double Click event on a data grid to trigger a selected action.
Show Practice Name	Data Grid - DM	Select this checkbox to display the name of the originating Practice for Enterprise Chart Demographic Extended Pop-up templates.
Show Unique Problem	Case Sheet, Encounter Sheet or Summary Sheet/ Problem List table	Select this checkbox to display the particular problem.
Show Active Allergies Only	Case Sheet, Encounter Sheet or Summary Sheet/ Allergy table	Select this checkbox to display active allergies only.
Show Active Meds Only	Case Sheet, Encounter Sheet or Summary Sheet/ Medication table	Select this checkbox to display active medications only.
Show Stopped on Cur Enc	Case Sheet, Encounter Sheet, or Summary Sheet/ Medication table	After you select the Show Active Meds Only checkbox, you can select this checkbox to display only those medications that are stopped on the current encounter.

Data Sheet Types

Type Function Table Data Appointments Displays all the appointments for the selected patient. Appointment Table Case Sheet Displays information for a specific case. Allergy, Medication, Billing ICD List, Procedures, Concepts, Templates, Documents, Images, Reports, and Emails tables. All Case Management template tables. Data Flow Sheet Displays data from multiple tables. Summarizes data from all encounters and displays the data in columns by encounter date rather than in rows. Insert a Data Sheet Field

At run time, data sheets are prevented from loading more data than can be allocated. The limit is 200,000 cells of data including headers. If the limit is exceeded, a message window appears. Drag the Data Sheet icon from the Fields toolbar to the template design area where you want to place it. The Insert Data Sheet window opens. This example shows the data sheet options that are available for an Encounter Sheet. Other options appear for different data sheet types and tables. From the Type list, select the type of data sheet you need to insert. The default type is based on the template type. For example, if the data sheet is on a Medical Records template, the default data sheet type is Encounter Sheet. If you select Relationship, the View list appears.
