Add a Group

You can create a group with template and sub-template controls on the #Groups window.

1. Open Template Editor.
2. Open the required template or sub-template.
3. On the main toolbar, select #Groups .
   The Group Detail window opens.
4. Select Groups  button.
   The #Groups window opens displaying the user-created and available implicit groups in the system for the selected template or sub-template.
5. Enter the group name in the Name field.
6. Select the required control type from the Control Type Association list.
   Note: By default, the control type is set to None.
7. Enter a comment to represent the group in the Comment section.
8. Select Add.
   The group is added.
9. Select OK.
10. On the Group Detail window, select the added group from the Group list.
11. To filter the template fields, select the required field type from the Filter list.
    Note: By default, the filter is set to All.
12. In the Available Template Fields section, select a field to add to the group.
    Note: If you want to select multiple fields, select and hold SHIFT, or CTRL, and then select the fields to add to the group.
13. Select Add->.
    The selected fields are added to the Fields in Group section.
14. To close the Group Detail window, select OK.
