View Midmark Holter Reports

You can view Midmark Holter, full disclosure, and summary reports and edit full disclosure reports. Reports are displayed in the Report Review window.

For more information on how to use Midmark Holter functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual.

  1. Open the Integrated Equipment Module
  2. From the IEM grid, select View Report in a row that contains a Midmark Holter report.
    The Holter Monitor Options window opens.

  3. From the Holter Monitor Options window, you can:
    • View and edit the Full Disclosure report (requires a security key).
    • View the Summary report (no security key required).
    • Select Re-Analyze to repeat the Holter scan on the original ECG recording (requires a security key and does not require the original CompactFlash card).
    • Select Delete Full Disclosure Report to delete the Full Disclosure report and convert it to a Summary report (does not require a security key).
    • Select Exit to close the Holter Monitor Options window and return to the IEM.
  4. To view and edit the Midmark Holter Full Disclosure report:
    • From the Holter Monitor Options window, select View/Edit Full Disclosure Report.
      The Analysis Results window opens.

    • Select the following buttons to perform appropriate actions, as needed:
      • Print: Prints the report.
      • Summary: Displays analysis summary, interpretation or comments, and a tabulated summary of all events and various statistics.
      • Data Review: Displays sample strips, original continuous ECG waveforms, heart rate trends, and other related data.
      • ST: Displays average heart rate, ST level and ST slope, and other ST statistics.
      • Settings: Enables you to change display, printer, and configuration settings.
      • Help: Displays online help.
    • Select Exit to close the report and return to the Holter Monitor Options window.
  5. To view the Midmark Holter Summary report:
    • From the Holter Monitor Options window, select View Summary Report.
      The Summary Report window opens.

  6. Enter or change the following information as needed:
    • Technician: Displays the name of the user logged on to NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
    • Reviewed By: Enter or select the name of the reviewer.
    • Indication For Test: Enter the symptomatic reason for the ECG.
  7. Select the following buttons to perform appropriate actions, as needed:
    • <<<: View the previous 30-seconds of the patient’s ECG tracing.
    • >>>: View the next 30-seconds of the patient’s ECG tracing.
    • Gain: Increases or decreases the amplitude gain.
    • Review Details: Displays the Analysis Results.
    • File: Archives the report as a PDF, JPEG, or CAR file or e-mails the report.
    • Print: Prints the report.
    • Settings: Enables you to change display, printer, and configuration settings.
    • Help: Displays online help.
  8. Select Exit to close the report and return to the Holter Monitor Options window.
