Create Midmark ECG Reports

Before you begin Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Midmark ECG. The live ECG window opens. Recording runs for 10 seconds and then stops. Select your name in the Reviewed By list. Analyze the clinical data in the report. Select Save to save the report and return to the Equipment Reports pane in EHR. A new Midmark Resting ECG report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter. Note: If the Store PDF Report on Equipment Report Modify Universal Preference is enabled, a PDF of the equipment report is generated and attached to the patient's encounter in the History toolbar. Compare Midmark ECG Reports

You can compare two Midmark ECGs from the same patient. Open the Integrated Equipment Module Select two Midmark ECG reports from the IEM grid and then select Compare. The ECG window opens with the COMPARE tab selected. The COMPARE tab shows two reports at a time, one above the other. To select a different report for the lower pane, use the data/time list on the right side of the lower pane. If the System Administrator View > Universal Preferences > Equipment > Permit Midmark access to Sensitive Encounter reports option is not True, then sensitive encounters are excluded from the list of available reports. To close the report and return to the IEM, select the (Close) icon at the upper right of the window. View Midmark Stress ECG Reports

After recording a Midmark Stress ECG report, you can view it. The report contains several sections: Summary Table, Average Beat, Trends, and Rhythm Strips. For more information on how to use Midmark Stress ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select View Report in a row that contains a Midmark Stress ECG report. The Report Review window opens. Enter or change the following information as needed: Technician: Displays the name of the user logged on to NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Supervising Physician: Displays the name of the physician that supervised the test. Reviewed By: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the name of the provider selected in the IEM. Review Date: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the date the report was reviewed. View Midmark Spirometer Reports

After recording a Midmark spirometry test, you can view the report. For more information on how to use Midmark Spirometry functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark spirometry operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select View Report in a row containing a Midmark Spirometer report. The Spirometry Report window opens. Select the Summary, FVC Graphs, MVV Graphs, or VC Graphs tab to view additional data for this patient. Enter or change the following information as needed: Technician: Displays the name of the user logged on to NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Reviewed By: Select the name of the reviewing provider. Bronchodilator: Select the type of bronchodilator. Select the following buttons to perform appropriate actions, as needed: File: Archives the report as a PDF, JPEG, or CAR file or e-mails the report. Print: Prints the report. Settings: Enables you to change display, printer, and configuration settings. Help: Displays online help. Select Exit to

Compare Midmark Stress ECG Reports

You can compare up to four Midmark ECGs from the same patient. For more information on how to use Midmark Stress ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module Select the check boxes next to up to four Midmark Stress ECG reports in the IEM grid. Select Compare. The Stress Test Serial Comparison Report window opens. Select the following buttons to perform appropriate actions, as needed: Preview: Displays a print preview of the report. Print: Prints the report. Create Welch Allyn® Resting ECG Reports

Before you begin Before you start recording, ensure that the device is connected to the PC. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. From the Acquire Report list, select Welch Allyn ECG.The Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® Workstation application starts and opens the ECG capture screen. Capture an ECG as described in the appropriate Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® resting ECG user manual. Close the Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® application to return to the IEM.A new Welch Allyn Resting ECG report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter.
