In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, you can view the content of Health Information Exchange (HIE) documents on the Categories tab.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window.
- Select the Categories tab.
- Select Tree View from the list.
- Select HIE Documents or HIE Documents (Sent) category.
- To expand the category, do one of the following:
- To expand all categories, select Category Options
, and select Expand All Categories.
- To expand the selected category, select

- Select the appropriate HIE document to view the content.
