Reports Toolbar Items

Icon Name Description Print Report Prints the displayed report. Preview Report Previews the displayed report. Memorize Report Save (memorize) the displayed report and filters. Report Filter Open the Report Filter. Report Options Open the Report Filter Options dialog. Footer/Header Customize report's Footer/Header. Autosize Columns Autosize report's columns. Search for Text Prompts the Find dialog. Assign Task Opens Create ToDo Task dialog. Refresh Refreshes the displayed report. Graph Report Currently unavailable. Export to Excel Exports the displayed report into Microsoft®Excel®. Export to HTML Exports the displayed report into HTML format. Export to ASCII Exports the displayed report into ASCII format. Export to My List Saves the list of patients displayed on the generated report to the database. Using the Reports Toolbar

Once you generate your report, you can use the Report Toolbar to perform various operations. Using the Report Toolbar, you can return to the Report Filter window, search for text on a report, open Report Options and Customize Report Header/Footer windows, as well as open a previously created and memorized (saved) report. Working with a Generated Report

A generated NextGen® Enterprise EHR report lets you do the following: Preview and/or Print it. Search for text on the report. Memorize (save) it from the Report Filter window. Save the report data as "report snapshot". Graph the data displayed in the generated report. Create a To Do Task. Export the data displayed into an Excel spreadsheet, HTML document or ASCII document. Generate Reports from Memorized Reports

From the File menu, select Reports > Report List. The Memorized Reports window opens. From Report Type, select a report from. Double-click a report from the list to display the report settings.
