Work with a Saved or Memorized Report
You can generate and work with any reports that have been previously created and memorized (saved). From the Main menu, select File > Reports > Report List. The Memorized Reports window opens. Memorized Reports Select the Report Type. Select a report you wish to generate and double-click it. The Report Filter window opens. CAUTION: If the Limit EHR reporting to only preferred locations check box has been selected in System Administrator and your preferred locations settings are different from the memorized report's location settings, a warning message displays. If you wish to continue, select Yes. If you do not wish to generate the report, select No. If no additions or changes are required, select OK to generate the report. Note: You do not need to re-save the report. To add or change any previously selected filters: Update the filter information or make any other changes. To save the updated information, select Save. You can also change any of the other parameters, such as Report Name

Save a Memorized Care Guideline Report
You can save a care guidelines report for the patient's record. After you have set up the desired columns, filters, data and options, you can save the report you have built and reuse it later. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select File > Reports > Generate Report > By Enterprise. The NextGen Report Filter: Patient template opens. Nextgen Report Filter Update all the desired parameters, columns, filters, data, and options on the NextGen Report Filter: Patient template to set up the memorized report. Select Save. The Memorize Report window opens. Memorize Report In Save As, enter the name of the report. Select Generic or Report as the Report Type. Note: You can only see those report types that have been set up in the File Maintenance. You can define the additional fields: Select who can run the report you have created. Run a Memorized Care Guideline Report
You can run a saved care guidelines report for the patient's record. You can generate and work with any reports that have been previously created and memorized (saved). CAUTION: The memorized report may take significant time and system resources to run. It is advisable to run this report after business hours. This report can only be run on care guidelines order items (formerly protocols), not on Recommended Care items. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select File > Reports > Report List.The Memorized Reports window opens. Select the Report Type. Select a report you want to generate and double-click it. Memorize a System Generated Report
In the following example, the Batch Listing report is used to explain the process of memorizing a report. Note: Memorizing a report only saves the parameters of the report, not the actual data. From the main toolbar select the Posting button. The Batch Listing window opens. Select the Open Menu icon and select Print and then select Batch Listing. The Batch Listing report generates and displays. Select the Report Filter toolbar button. The Report Filter: Batch Listing window appears. Select on the applicable tabs and set the report filter criteria. This functionality works the same as the other reports in the application. Select OK. The report regenerates based on the filter criteria. Select the Memorize Report toolbar button. The Memorize Report window opens. Create and enter a name for the report in the Save As field. Select the drop-down arrow in the Report Type field and then select the applicable type of report. In the Allowed to Run field, select the user allowed to run this repor
