Send a Filtered View as a Task from the Categories Tab
When viewing a saved filtered view in the CDA Viewer, you can attach and send the view as a task.
From the Categories tab, open the filtered view in the CDA Viewer.
The view opens in the CDA Viewer.
Do one of the following:
To mark the whole view as a task, select (Tasking) at the top of the document.
To mark a specific section as a task, select (Tasking) in the section that you want the recipient to focus on.
The New EHR Task window appears.
Note: The current view is automatically attached to the task. Depending on from where you select the tasking icon, the description and subject line are populated automatically. For example, if you select the tasking from the Medications section, the default subject will be HIE Document - Medications and the description will be The CCDA document for <patient name> is awaiting action. You can modify the description and the subject as needed.
After entering necessary details, select Send Task.
