Display Patient Conditions View
The Medications module enables you to view patient diagnoses and allergies through the Patient Condition view. The Patient Condition view enables you to add a diagnosis to the selected medication. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Medications module. Select the Patient Condition button or the View(or Add?) link in the Problem section. The Patient Condition pane displays a list of all diagnoses and allergies information. Add Rx Note
The Medications module enables you to add, view, modify, and delete notes related to a medication. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Medications module. Select a medication. Select the Add Note link. The Medication Note window opens. Select a type of note. Medication Note Enter the details for your note. Medication Note text Select OK. Open the Medication Allergies Module
You can open the Medication Allergies module and acknowledge drug interactions. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window. Select or create an encounter from the Encounter History tab. To open the Medication Allergies module, select Allergies from the Quick Buttons panel.
