From the theme list, select one of the following themes:

Display Patient Conditions View
The Medications module enables you to view patient diagnoses and allergies through the Patient Condition view. The Patient Condition view enables you to add a diagnosis to the selected medication. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Medications module. Select the Patient Condition button or the View(or Add?) link in the Problem section. The Patient Condition pane displays a list of all diagnoses and allergies information. You can open the Medication Allergies module and acknowledge drug interactions. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window. Select or create an encounter from the Encounter History tab. To open the Medication Allergies module, select Allergies from the Quick Buttons panel.
