Before you begin
You must complete the
NextGen® Enterprise upgrade in a non-production environment that is a recent copy of your
Production environment. You can open a case for a
NextGen® Enterprise upgrade in
NextGen Healthcare Success Community, if you have not completed the self-upgrade curriculum. NextGen Healthcare can also perform the database copy for you.
