In Custom View of CDA Viewer, you can use the controls in each section heading to perform actions for that section.
To expand a section, select , or to collapse a section, select .
If the text Showing: All (<number> of <number>) is blue and underlined, select this text to choose among available filters for the section.
Depending on the type of data, one of the following types of filters appears:
Date range
Active status
Administered or ordered status
To send the section as a task to a provider, select the tasking icon.
To add comments to the section, select the comment icon.
To perform one-click reconciliation for the section, select the import icon.
To display clinical notes for the section, select the clinical notes icon.
To display the human-readable contents of the section, select the human-readable icon.
To scroll to the top of the document, select the text Back to Top.
If the message Viewing records <number> through <number> appears at the bottom of the pane, select to view the next set of records, or select to view the previous set of records.
To sort a section by the contents of a column, select the column header. To reverse the sort order, select the column header again.
To change the column order, select and drag a column header to the left or right.
You can reorder columns only if you previously enabled the Remember Column Ordering option in the general options.
To change the column width, hover over the right edge of the column heading. When the pointer changes to , select and drag to the left or right.
