Share Inclusion Lists
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, Select Admin > Share Inclusion List. In the Share Inclusion List window, select a user, security group, or workgroup. Select Add. Edit Existing Patient Groups
For an existing patient group, you can change its name, description, or member list. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select File > Patient Group. In the Patient Group window, from the Patient Group list, select the group to edit. All available patients appear in the Non-Member Patients section. The patients in the selected group appear in the Member Patients section. Select Edit Group. In the Edit Patient Group window, modify the information as needed, and then select OK. Enroll a Patient in Enterprise Chart
From the main toolbar in NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Lookup. In the Patient Lookup window, do one of the following:. For a new patient, select New. For an existing patient, search for and select the patient record, select the open menu icon, and then select Open. In the Add Patient Information or Modify Patient Information window, enter or update the information as needed. Select the Enterprise Chart checkbox. Select OK. The patient is enrolled in Enterprise Chart. Note: For a patient newly enrolled in Enterprise Chart, you may need to reopen the patient's chart to view information from other practices. Modify an Inclusion List
You can add patients to or delete patients from an existing Inclusion list for a selected user. From the Main menu, select Admin and then Modify Inclusion/Exclusion List. The Modify Inclusion/Exclusion List window appears. Select the user from the User Name list. The Inclusion list of patient names for that user appears, and the Include button is enabled. To add a patient: Select Include. The Add Patients to Inclusion List window appears. Perform a patient search. To select all the patient names returned in the search, select the Select All check box. To select individual patient names, select the check box for each name to include. When a patient is selected from the Patient Name list, the Search button becomes the Add button. Select Add. Each selected patient is added to the user's Inclusion list on the Modify Inclusion/Exclusion List window. To delete a patient: Select the patient on the Modify Inclusion/Exclusion List window. Patient Inclusion and Exclusion Lists in NextGen® Enterprise EHR
Your practice may use an Inclusion or Exclusion list to control which patients in the database you can view. Only the patients listed on your Inclusion list or all patients except those listed on your Exclusion list are displayed in the Patient Lookup window. The Inclusion or Exclusion list is initially set up in the System Administrator application and applied when you search for a patient. Based on your operations rights, you may be able to perform these actions in NextGen® Enterprise EHR: Modify your personal Inclusion list. Modify the Inclusion or Exclusion lists for other users. Share an Inclusion list with another user. Look up a patient on your Exclusion list in an emergency.
