Patient Inclusion and Exclusion Lists in NextGen® Enterprise EHR
Your practice may use an Inclusion or Exclusion list to control which patients in the database you can view. Only the patients listed on your Inclusion list or all patients except those listed on your Exclusion list are displayed in the Patient Lookup window.
The Inclusion or Exclusion list is initially set up in the System Administrator application and applied when you search for a patient.
Based on your operations rights, you may be able to perform these actions in NextGen® Enterprise EHR:
- Modify your personal Inclusion list.
- Modify the Inclusion or Exclusion lists for other users.
- Share an Inclusion list with another user.
