Mark a Case as Private

You can mark the cases as private if the case data has been designated as restricted for the specific user group.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from Patient Lookup window.
  2. On the Encounters tab, select a case, select Encounter Options, and then select Mark case as private.
    The selected case is marked as Private.
