Managing UDS Information

The UDS tab appears only when the Display person UDS fields option is enabled in Enterprise Preferences, UDS. On the tab, Community Health Centers can enter information for a person or patient that is used on the Uniform Data System (UDS) report, and Indian Health Systems can enter information needed for their reports.

In Enterprise Preferences, each UDS field can be set up to be required for all persons and patients when a demographic record is created.

In Practice Preferences, each UDS field can be set up to be required either for all persons and patients when an appointment is scheduled, or for all patients when a chart is created.
