Head of Household Information

In the Head of Household section of the Relations/Roles and UDS tabs, you can enter the person designated as the head of household for a patient. This may be the patient, or another person such as a parent or spouse. Family information, which includes family size and annual income, can then be entered and associated with the head of household. The information is saved for established patients with an existing chart, and for new patients when the chart is created.

Head of household information is stored at the practice level; therefore, each practice can enter and maintain different information for a patient.
