Open NextGen® PxP Portal Inbox

You can open the NextGen® PxP Portal message window in NextGen® Enterprise EHR Workflow module. Open the Workflow module. The Workflow window opens. Select the Patient Portal tab. Note: The Patient Portal tab does not appear if the NextGen® PxP Portal license has expired. The Patient Portal inbox opens. Select the user list, and then select the provider or user that you are a delegate for. The Patient Portal inbox opens for the selected provider or user.
